University of the Ozarks student-athletes have a long history of rendering service within the Clarksville community. Among the service provided includes the Salvation Army, Special Olympics, Samaritan's Purse, Johnson County Helping Hands Women's Shelter and Family Service Center and local school districts. The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee has been heavily involved in a number of these activities.
