Jimmy Clark enters his 20th season at University of the Ozarks. Following the 2015 baseball season, Clark stepped down as head coach to focus on his full-time duties as the Athletic Director.

Hired the university's first fulltime strength and conditioning coach
Oversaw renovations for a strength and conditioning facility, which includes a weight room
Fundraiser for university's 55-million dollar Climb Higher campaign
Managed the construction for the new Alexander-Boreham Tennis Center
Has fostered academic success among the university’s student-athletes and teams, resulting in numerous team academic awards from national organizations including the National Fastpitch Coaches Association, Intercollegiate Tennis Association, National Soccer Coaches Association of America and U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association
University's athletic programs have produced 510 American Southwest Conference All-Academic selections during his time as Athletic Director
Ozarks has advanced to 27 post-season competitions
Signed a multi-year deal with UnderArmour, making Ozarks one of a few select NCAA Division III institutions to partner with the leader in performance apparel, footwear and equipment (2016)
Assisted with the launch of the athletic department's new visual identity initiative in 2016, which included a new contemporary Eagle logo
Initiated the use of Apple iPad's for athletic staff
Serves the American Southwest Conference as the baseball liaison for Athletic Directors
Has increased the university's student-athletes' community service involvement, with volunteer work with the Special Olympics, Salvation Army, Clarksville School District and the Johnson County Boys and Girls Club

Posted the program's first winning record in nearly a decade (2005)

Guided the program to the conference post-season tournament in 2007, a feat not accomplished since 1996
