Ozarks (1-0) shot an impressive 55 percent from the floor and four starters scored in double figures, but Arlington Baptist (2-6) made things interesting in the second half. Ozarks shot over 50 percent from the field in the first half, with Pete Barber drilling a pair of three-pointers, and held a 56-35 halftime advantage only to have the Patriots open the second half on a 20-7 run.  Arlington Baptist eventually closed the gap to two points, but couldn't get any closer. The Patriots had trouble with Josh Berard, who hit 10-of-14 from the floor and 14-of-16 from the free throw line to score a game-high 35 points. The high-scoring Eagles also got 22 points from Jace Richardson, 15 points from Dylan Gray and Barber. Gray pulled down 15 rebounds to post a double-double.

The Eagles will travel to Springfield, Mo., to face Baptist Bible College November 19 and Chicago, Ill., to face Illinois Tech University November 21.
