Men's Tennis Team In The Post-Season For Fifth Straight Season

Clarksville, Ark.- In his first year as head coach, Jeff Kutac has led the University of the Ozarks men's tennis team to the American Southwest Conference Championship Tournament.

It is the fifth straight appearance for the men's program. The Eagles finished as the No. 3 seed from the East Division and will take on Hardin-Simmons University May 3 at 9:00 a.m. Hardin-Simmons (6-12, 5-1 ASC) is the No. 2 seed from the West Division. The men's team finished 8-10 overall and 3-2 in the conference. The men's tournament will be held on the campus of Texas-Dallas.

"On the men's side, our depth in doubles has carried us," said Kutac. "We have a lot of guys that can play so it has given us different options. We also have some options in singles, too."
