ASC Announces Awards For Men’s Tennis Program 

The trio earned conference honors following the 2021 season.

Clarksville, Ark.- Three University of the Ozarks men's tennis players were recognized by the American Southwest Conference, it was announced today.

Dallas Elmore and Aaron Gambrell made the All-Conference Team in fight three doubles. The duo also earned ASC All-East Division First Team in flight three doubles.

Elmore, from Fort Worth, Texas, had ten overall wins in doubles. Elmore, a junior, posted four wins at No. 6 singles. 

Gambrell, from Lindale, Texas, had six overall wins in doubles. Gambrell, a sophomore, had six wins at No. 2 singles. 

The duo posted a 5-2 record for a .714 winning percentage at No. 3 doubles. Their winning percentage was tied for second highest in the conference. They posted a 2-0 record in conference play together. 

TJ Saniseng, a sophomore from Van Buren, was named the ASC Sportsmanship Athlete of the Year. Saniseng shared the honor with Julian Lee from LeTourneau University and John Herr from East Texas BaptistUniversity. Saniseng played No. 3 singles for most the season for the Eagles. 

Behind the conference honorees, the Eagles qualified for the post-season in 2021.
