Named First Team All-Conference after finishing second at the ASC Championships. Ran a 26:58.69 at the 8K ASC Championships. Placed 136th at the 8K NCAA III National Championships running a 25:47.8. Finished second at the Arkansas D-III Championships running a 17:52.90. Finished ninth at the UCA Cross Country Challenge running a 16:53.7. Was 125th at the Chile Pepper Festival running a 26:42.0. Placed second at the U of O Invitational running a 27:45.6. Finished second at the Little Rock Invitational running a 25:28.5. Named ASC Runner of the Week twice. Member of the ASC All-Academic Team.

2017:
Won the ASC Championship topping 96 runners with a time of 26:41.6 (8K). Named ASC Freshman of the Year. Earned First Team All-Conference. Broke the school 8K record (25:25.0) and earned All-Region honors at the NCAA III South/Southeast Regional. Placed 29th at the Regional and set the new 8K program record. Named to the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team. Named U of O Male Athlete of the Year. Finished second at the Arkansas D-III Championships with a time of 17:27.8. At the UCA XC Challenge, placed 27th with a time of 16:14.3. At Rhodes Invitational, was 56th running a 28:29.8. At Chile Pepper Festival, placed 150th with a time of 35:51.5. At U of O Invitational finished eighth running a 28:15.0. At Little Rock Invitational, placed 19th posting a time of 27:44.0. 

Plano East HS: His personal records include 1600-meter (4:38.36), 3200-meter (9:47.28), 3-Mile (15:56.10) and 5K (15:47.20).
