We knew coming into the first conference series that it would be a fight, and we fought every single pitch of the series. We have been working extremely hard in practice, and we are beginning to see the hard work pay dividends. The girls have shown tremendous improvement from our opening weekend, and I am excited to see what this team is going to do the rest of the season."
