The Eagles posted a 27-16 win over Adrian College and another win over Muskegon Community College (30-17), but took a 24-23 loss against Alma College and a 36-10 loss against Cornell College at Olivet College Saturday. Corey Muniz (125) and Jerhett Lee (285) had outstanding performances going 3-0. Against Adrian, Muniz posted a Fall 2:43 win over Mateo Diaz at 125. At 133, Durrell Thompson had a major (13-5) win over Jordan Scofield. At 141, Jaylen York garnered a major win over Dominic Paterra. At 197, Alejandro Ordonez had a Dec (5-2) win over Zac Reynolds and at 285, Jerhett Lee posted a major (19-5) win over Jake Burns. Against Alma College, Muniz had a TF (19-2) over Victor Sosa-Sevilla. At 165, Kade McMahon won by decision (9-2) over Erik Arnegard. At 174, Ndayambaje John won by Fall 4:27 over Joseph Vondrasek. And Lee won by decision (9-4) over Jacob Ransom. Against Cornell College, Muniz won by decision (9-4) over Keegan Schultschik. York had a major (25-12) win at 141. Lee won by decision (2-1) over Chris Lyons.
