Abilene, Texas-Hardin-Simmons University handed the women's soccer team a 7-0 setback Saturday in American Southwest Conference action.
Hardin-Simmons (5-1-0, 2-0-0 ASC) set the tone early with a goal at the 31 second mark. The Cowgirls followed with two more goals in the first half to hold a 3-0 lead at intermission. Hardin-Simmons then took 16 shots in the second half to score four more goals. Ozarks falls to 3-4-0 overall and 1-1-0 in the conference.
Ozarks will host Sul Ross State September 22.
