Brittanie Gragg Nets Hat Trick In 5-0 Win

Clarksville, Ark.-Junior forward Brittanie Gragg recorded a hat trick in a 5-0 win over Belhaven University Saturday afternoon for Homecoming.

Frances Adams struck first with a goal off a corner kick in the 29th minute much to the delight of a large crowd. Madison Chaney added a goal in the 35th minute to extend the advantage to 2-0. Gragg scored her first goal of the match with just 33 seconds remaining in the first half. Leading 3-0, Gragg scored on a header in the 48th minute off a Tiffany Robinson free kick. Gragg's final goal came when she scored in the 57th minute. Robinson and Gragg hooked up a total of three times in the win. Gragg now has eight goals and Robinson has six assists on the season.
    
Ozarks (6-7-1) had 15 total shots, including 11 in the first half of play. Belhaven (4-9-0) recorded five. The Eagles also had nine corner kicks.

Ozarks will travel to Brownwood, Texas, to face Howard Payne University October 20 and Richardson, Texas, to face Texas Dallas October 22.
