Women's Soccer Team Achieves Academic Award

The women's soccer program earned the USC academic award.

Clarksville, Ark. – The University of the Ozarks women's soccer team has been honored with the prestigious Team Academic Award from the United Soccer Coaches (USC), it was announced by the organization.
    
The USC Team Academic Award is presented to those teams with a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average (GPA) for the 2018-2019 academic year. Under Head Coach Natalie Dreyer, the Eagles posted a 3.07 team GPA to receive the distinction. It marks the tenth time the women's soccer program has received the honor. The Eagles have earned the award three times under Dreyer.
    
The USC annually recognizes programs for their exemplary performance in the classroom. A total of 992 soccer teams (345 men, 647 women) earned the Team Academic Award for the 2018-19 academic year.
