Women's Swim Team Finishes Fifth At Austin College Invite

The Eagles placed fifth at the Austin College Invite.

Sherman, Texas.-The women's swim team placed fifth at the Austin College Invite Saturday in Texas.

In the 200 medley relay, the Eagles finished ninth with a time of 2:12.10.  In the 200 free relay, the Eagles placed seventh with a time of 1:55.52. In the 100 free, Shalley Coffin was sixth swimming a 13:10.14. In the 200 free, Catherine Wellborn was 14th with a time of 2:22.18. In the 100 breaststroke, Skylar Frazier was 12th with a time of 1:25.73, Veronique Duvivier was 13th swimming a 1:31.48 and Jacquelyn Gearhart was 14th with a time of 1:31.07. In the 50 free, Wellborn was ninth with a time of 26.87. Duvivier was 18th with a time of 32.95 and Gearhart was 21st with a time of 32.94. In the 100 free, Rosie Wade was sixth with a time of 58.41. Gearhart was 22nd with a time of 1:23.39 and Duvivier was 23rd with a time of 1:31.18. In the 200 back, Coffin was 14th with a time of 2:49.14. In the 200 breaststroke, Frazier placed seventh swimming a 3:02.03. In the 500 free, Wade was fourth posting a time of 5:51.42.
