The Eagles placed 20th overall in the highly competitive Rhodes College Invitational Saturday in Memphis. Hannah Smith was the team's top finisher running a 20:57.9 for 75th place. Stephanie Alderson was next on the team running a 23:35.7 for 144th place. There were over 200 runners at the race.

"Hannah had another good race and broke 21 on a course with tough conditions. Stephanie also improved from last year's time and continues to run stronger with each race. I was proud of Grasyn, her time was a little off from last week, but she looks more comfortable and had a good finish. We have work to do, but I am pleased with the direction we are headed."
