THE BASICS
Three Eagle runners competed in the NCAA III South/Southeast Regional Saturday in Mount Berry, Georgia. Seniors Hannah Smith and Chauzney Hooks and freshman Silvia Chavez represented Ozarks in the women's 6K race. Smith ran a 24:46.27 to place 56th overall. Chavez ran a 27:09.52 to place 148th overall and Hooks ran a 28:30.75 to place 175th overall. Annie Rodenfels from Centre won the race with a time of 21:44.80. Emory won the team title with 83 points.
