Overview:
After four hits and two runs, including Patrick Mixon's sixth-inning home run, the Eagles suffered a 6-2 loss against the Hardin-Simmons University Cowboys. The first run of the game came from Justin Crider, who scored in the first inning off a fielder's choice. Crider and Mixon both went 1-for-3.
