Competitive Cheerleading Team Wraps Up Season At NCA Nationals

Daytona Beach, Fla.-The University of the Ozarks competitive cheerleading team wrapped up its season at the National Cheerleading Association College Nationals Friday.

After an outstanding performance in the prelims of the All-Girl Intermediate Division III Thursday, Ozarks qualified for the finals where it finished seventh overall today. Ozarks finished with a score of 89.23. It is the second straight top-10 finish for head coach Frances Mills. Ocean County College won the division with a score of 92.37.

It was Ozarks third appearance at Nationals.
