Daytona Beach, Fla.-The University of the Ozarks competitive cheer team wrapped up its season at the National Cheerleading Association College Nationals Friday with a top-10 finish.
Ozarks finished ninth overall in the Intermediate All-Girls Division III. It is the third straight top-10 finish for the program.
"The week has truly been amazing," said junior Lauren Fox. "We are excited to be united as a family. I think we did an awesome job at prelims and at the finals. We put everything we had into these routines."
Curry College won the national championship in Division III.
It was Ozarks fourth appearance at Nationals. More than 6,000 collegiate cheerleaders and dancers compete at Nationals.
