Clarksville, Ark.-The trio of Josh Berard, Jace Richardson and Kelby Robinson combined for 78 points in a 94-78 win over Dallas Christian Monday night in non-conference play.
Berard led the way with 32 points on 13-of-18 shooting from the floor. Richardson and Robinson made 8-of-15 from the field, with the latter posting a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Richardson ended with 28 points. Richardson and Berard led Ozarks (9-8) to a 50-44 halftime lead with a combined 12 field goals. The Eagles shot an impressive 60 percent from the field, but would need a 10-0 burst late in the half to hold a lead. Berard then poured in 18 second half points to keep Ozarks in front most of the way. The Eagles outscored Dallas Christian (6-14) 16-7 in the final six minutes of the game.
Ozarks will travel to Jackson, Mississippi, to play Belhaven University January 30.
