Richardson, Texas-Texas Dallas raced out to a 63-37 lead in the first half and never let the Eagles back into the game to take a 110-67 win Monday night in American Southwest Conference play.

Texas Dallas (14-5, 6-4 ASC) started strong, owning a 29-11 advantage at the 12:44 mark of the first half. The Comets then built a 41-19 lead with less than nine minutes in the half. The Comets used a 56 percent shooting clip in the first half, including hitting 9-of-18 from the three-point line, to control the game. The Comets also owned a 29-13 rebound advantage in the first half.

Ozarks (10-9, 2-8 ASC) had trouble gaining any momentum as Texas Dallas owned a 30-point advantage with more than ten minutes left in the game.

Dylan Gray had 14 points to lead Ozarks in scoring.

Ozarks will host Belhaven University February 4.
