Dardanelle HS: Averaged 24.0 points, 4.0 assists and 6.0 rebounds per game as a senior. Named All-Conference and All-State two times during his prep career. Nominated to play in the the Arkansas Activities Association All-Star Game. Helped team to a runner up finish in the regional tournament and to the semifinal game of the state tournament his senior year.
