
Clarksville, Ark.-University of the Ozarks senior forward Dylan Gray was named the American Southwest Conference Men's Basketball East Division Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday.
Gray, a native of Siloam Springs, Ark., recorded 14 points and nine rebounds to help the Eagles net a 69-64 road win against McMurry December 5. Gray hit the go-ahead three-pointer with less than four minutes to play to secure the game. Gray ranks 21st in the ASC in scoring (13.3) and ninth in rebounding (7.0). A starter in all seven games, Gray has hit 14-of-36 (38%) from the three-point line. For his career, he has scored 997 points and has recorded 575 rebounds.
Ozarks will host Mary Hardin-Baylor and Concordia University Texas this week.
