Clay Target Team Competes In Pull And Shoot Tournament

Clarksville, Ark.-The University of the Ozarks women's and men's clay target team competed in the third annual "Pull & Shoot" for A Sporting Chance October 15 in Ozark, Missouri.
    
A Sporting Chance provides sports/recreation programs for any person with any type of disability, youth who are disadvantaged, abused and neglected children and "At Risk" Teenagers. The organization serves over 2,300 kids and adults in 26 Missouri counties and provides them with 48 weeks of programming in various sporting activities.

Ozarks had two finish in the top-3 and another that was the top female competitor. John Guthrie placed second in the Division A category shooting a 91. Jeff Proctor finished third with a score of 90. Grace Brown was the top female in Division A and placed 8th overall with a score of 84.

Dustin Robertson scored 81 to finish 12th. Regan Puryear placed 16th with a score of 79. Gavin Wheeler placed 21st with a score of 77. Dylan Holman was 23rd with a score of 74. Brad McGraw shot a 62 for 42nd place. Summer Sanders scored 58 to finish 47th. Christian Smith scored 55 to place 50th.

Ozarks will compete in the ACUI Arkansas Competition November 17-20 in Tillar, Arkansas.
