Clay Target Team Continues Its State Dominance

Tillar, Ark.-The University of the Ozarks women's and men's clay target team continued its dominance as the state's premier program by winning gold HOA at the Arkansas State Collegiate Tournament over the weekend at the Delta Resort and Spa in Tillar.

The Eagles not only won gold, but also won silver (HOA). The gold team included Bailey Wilson, Jeff Proctor, John Wagner, Mason Dobbs and Grace Brown. The silver team included Charles Priddy, Regan Puryear, Taylor Holland, Ashton Huffstutlar and Paul Jarvis. University of Arkansas won bronze. In American Skeet, the Eagles won gold. The team consisted of Priddy, Puryear, Dobbs, Huffstutlar and Brown. Ozarks also won silver in American Skeet. That team consisted of Dustin Robertson, Derrick McKee, Wagner, Proctor and Wilson. In American Trap, the Eagles won Silver. The team consisted of Proctor, Priddy, Dobbs, Brown and Robertson. In International Skeet, the Eagles won gold. The team included Dobbs, Puryear, Wagner, Wilson and Robertson. The Eagles also won bronze in International Skeet. That team included Holland, Priddy, Brown, Summer Sanders and Proctor. The Eagles won Sporting Clays with Wilson, Tristian Leonard, Proctor, Puryear and Huffstutlar making up the team. The Eagles also won silver in Sporting Clays. That team consisted Priddy, John Guthrie, Dobbs, Paul Jarvis and Holland. Ozarks won gold in International Bunker Trap. The team included Brown, Wilson, Wagner, Proctor and Huffstutler.

Ozarks will now head to San Antonio for the ACUI Collegiate Clay Target Championships March 26-31 and April 1.
