2014: Named ASC Defensive Player of the Year. Named First Team All-Conference. Earned a spot on the NSCAA Scholar All-South Region Team. Named school's Male Athlete of the Year. Earned ASC Player of the Week once. A starter in all 20 matches, Leach spearheaded the Eagles' defense to a conference-leading seven shutouts. Marked the top offensive players in the league, and helped Ozarks own one of the lowest goals against averages (1.21) in the conference. Proved to be an offensive threat scoring two goals and tallying one assist. Took 17 shots during the season. Has started in 53 career matches. Just the third player in program history to earn the Defensive Player of the Year award. Member the ASC All-Academic Team.

2013: Named to the All-Conference Second Team. Started in all 19 matches in the back for the Eagles. In addition to his stellar defensive play, Leach was an offensive threat scoring three goals and tallying one assist. He took 21 shots during the season. Member of the ASC All-Academic Team.

2012: Started in 14 matches. Scored 2 goals and recorded 3 shots.

John Guyer HS: Scored 5 goals and recorded 2 assists his senior season. Named All-District First Team and team defensive MVP his junior and senior campaign. Earned All-District Honorable Mention his sophomore season. Helped team to playoffs as a senior. Team won district championship his sophomore year.
