Clarksville, Ark.-Seven University of the Ozarks men's soccer players received All-Conference honors from the American Southwest Conference, it was announced Tuesday, November 6.

Senior midfielder Miguel Reyes was named to the All-ASC First Team. Senior forward Alex Ross and senior midfielder Thomas Ross were named to the All-ASC Second Team, while senior defender Bradley Rice and sophomore goalkeeper Logan Valestin were named to the All-ASC Third Team. Freshman defender Truman Hensley and freshman midfielder Richard Souffrant  received Honorable Mention All-ASC.

Reyes, a native of Canyon, Texas, scored two goals and recorded five assists while taking 30 shots. Reyes had a two-assist game against Louisiana College. He had four shots against five different opponents. Reyes was named All-Conference last season.

Alex Ross, a native of Heath, Texas, led the team with nine goals and 20 points. His nine goals ranked fourth in the ASC this season and his 20 points ranked sixth. He recorded a hat trick against Ecclesia and later scored two goals against LeTourneau. He took four shots against two different opponents. He also had two game-winning goals. He was named ASC Player of the Week once during the season. He ends his career as a two-time All-Conference player. He totaled 13 career goals and eight career assists.

Thomas Ross, a native of Heath, Texas, led the ASC in assists with eight. Ross added two goals to record 12 points. He had a goal and two assists against Ecclesia. He had four shots against two different opponents. He was named to the All-Conference Team last season. His 19 career assists rank sixth all-time at Ozarks.

Rice, a native of Fort Smith, was a key component of the Eagles' defense and was an offensive threat as he scored two goals during the season. Rice finished with six shots in 16 matches. He was named All-Conference last season.

Valestin, a native of Bryant, Ark., ranked among the ASC's top-10 in goals against average (1.35) and saves percentage (.777). He led the league in saves (87). He posted two shutouts in 18 starts. He recorded ten saves against East Texas Baptist. He ranks sixth in program in most career saves (163).

Hensley, a native of Montgomery, Texas, played in all 19 matches as a freshman and started in 16. Hensley was among the top defenders in the league and also recorded one assist.

Souffrant, a native of Haiti, finished second on the team with six goals and 14 points. He had 21 shots, one game-winning goal and two assists. He had a two-goal game against East Texas Baptist.

The Eagles qualified for the ASC Championship Tournament for the third consecutive season under head coach Aaron Brueckner.
