HOW IT HAPPENED
Abilene, Texas-The Eagles and McMurry University battled to a 2-2 tie Saturday in Texas. The tie kept the Eagles in playoff contention. McMurry scored first to hold a 1-0 lead. But Ruaya Zamora answered with a goal in the 23^rd minute. McMurry scored early in the second half to grab a 2-1 advantage. The Eagles took nine shots in the second half and found the back of the net in the 67^th minute to tie the match. The goal came from Charleus Emmanuel Ritch. In the end, the Eagles outshot the War Hawks 15-13.
