Garland, Texas – After two days of events at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships, the men's swim and dive team sits in fifth place with 106 points.

In today's 200 free relay, the Eagles finished sixth with a time of 1:31.1. The Eagles had another team compete in the race and it finished 14th with a time of 1:43.24. Wiley Grantham placed 16th in the 500 free with a time of 5:19.88. Nicolas White followed with a time of 5:23.98 and Isaiah Dial was next with a time of 5:26.26. Tyler Young swam a 2:27.84 in the 200 IM preliminaries. Nicolai Van Zyl placed 16th in the 50 free with a time of 22.35. Daniel Sanderson swam a 33.55 in the prelims of the 50 free. In Wednesday's 200 medley relay, the Eagles placed fourth overall with a time of 1:40.41. The Eagles other team placed 13th with a time of 1:57.62. In the 800 free relay, the Eagles placed fifth with a time of 7:39.36. The Eagles also had a team finish 14th with a time of 8:32.86.
