Men’s Tennis Team Cruises To Easy 9-0 Win

Longview, Texas-The men's tennis had little trouble with American Southwest Conference opponent Howard Payne University Thursday afternoon cruising to a 9-0 road win.
    
Bishop Bass played No. 1 singles and took a 6-1, 6-1 victory, while Greg Knaggs gained a 6-1, 7-6 victory at No. 2 singles. Corey Dillard won 6-0, 6-2 at No. 3 singles and Tyler Keel won 6-3, 6-3 at No. 4. Michael Skimbo won at No. 5 singles 6-1, 6-0 and Scott Eibes earned a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 6. In doubles play, Bass and Eibes won 9-7 in the No. 1 slot. Dillard and Keel posted a 8-0 win at No. 2 doubles and Skimbo and Knaggs won 8-2.

Ozarks will face LeTourneau University Friday in Longview, Texas and then host Louisiana College March 10.
