Clarksville, Ark.-The Eagles cruised to a 6-3 win over Schreiner University in non-conference play February 26 in Kerrville, Texas.
Ozarks, ranked No. 16 in the ITA West Region, improved its record to 3-1 for the spring.
No. 1 singles player Todd Turner defeated Nick Pena 6-3, 6-3 and No. 2 singles player Bishop Bass won 6-4, 6-3 over his opponent. Greg Knaggs won at No. 3 singles 6-2, 6-4 and Spencer Turner won 7-5, 6-2 at No. 6 singles.
In doubles play, Turner and Bass won 8-5 at No. 1. Corey Dillard and Trevor Scott also won 8-4 at No. 3 doubles.
Ozarks will be on the road for the next several weeks, including all of March, before hosting its first home match April 9.
