THE BASICS
The Eagles opened the 2023 cross country season at the 3-mile UCA XC Invitational on Saturday in Conway. The Eagles had three runners place in the top-35. Nathan Duncan, Jr. paced the Eagles with a 25th place finish running a 16:09.23. Daniel Sanderson followed with a 26th place finish running a 16:13.65 and Benjamin Stormes was 35th overall running a 16:48.32. Omarion Shaw ran a 17:07.74 for 41st place. Baltazar Garcia was 43rd running a 17:46.27. Duban Figueroa ran a 17:47.23 for 44th place and Zachary Wilson was 57th running a 20:27.11. The Eagles finished fourth overall.
