2007 Spring ASC All-Academic Honors Announced

To be eligible for ASC All-Academic honors, student-athletes must have lettered in the 2007 season, be in at least their second academic year at their institution, and carry a career grade-point average of 3.00 or better. The baseball team placed three athletes on the team: Curt Dixon, a junior political science major from McAlester, Okla.; Robby Finnell, a junior political science major from Tulsa, Okla.; and Kyle Hudson, a senior marketing major from Clarksville, Ark. The softball team placed seven athletes on the team: Tiffany Armstrong, a senior biology major from Sheridan, Ark.; Jodie Clark, a senior physical education major from Springdale, Ark.; Chelsea Joslin, a junior physical education major from Claremore, Okla.; Andrea Mitchell, a senior early childhood education major from Checotah, Okla.; Jessica Pianalto, a junior physical education major from Springdale, Ark.; Jeanne Randall, a senior biology major from Bryant, Ark.; and Stacy Simpson, a sophomore biology major from Owasso, Okla. The men's tennis team placed three athletes on the team: Huy Do, a sophomore business administration major from Hochiminh City, Vietnam; Keith Edwards, a sophomore accounting major from Grapevine, Texas; and Mike Laws, a sophomore undeclared major from Mena, Ark. The women's tennis team placed six athletes on the team: Olivia Fisher, a junior biology major from Mountain Home, Ark.; Robin Gattis, a sophomore physical education major from Argyle, Texas; Jessalyn Halsted, a senior biology major from Harrison, Ark.; Heather Hartlerode, a senior biology major from Harrison, Ark.; Brittany Hein, a sophomore undeclared major from Grand Prairie, Texas; and Ember Smith, a senior mathematics major from Allen, Texas.
