Travis Rogers is the new assistant men's basketball coach. Rogers, a native of Coldwater, Kansas, was the student assistant coach last year. Prior to Ozarks, Rogers served as the assistant girl's coach at Meade (Kan.) High School during the 2007-2008 season. He worked summer camps at Meade and Coldwater (Kan.) High School for five years. As a player, Rogers was named to the SPIAA All-League Team twice during his prep career at Meade. Rogers is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in sports coaching from the United States Sports Academy. He and his wife, Emily, were married in 2008.
Stacy O'Mary is the new assistant softball coach. O'Mary served as the head junior varsity coach at Pacifica (Calif.) High School from 2009-2011 where she compiled a 67-11 overall record. O'Mary's team captured the league championships in each of those seasons. This past season, O'Mary posted a 26-2 overall record and a 11-1 mark in league play with two tournament championships. O'Mary played softball at University of Central Oklahoma and earned her bachelor's degree in physical education with a minor in business from UCO in 1992. Additionally, she earned a bachelor's degree in business and management information systems from University of Phoenix in 2002. A native of Oklahoma, O'Mary spent the last nine years in Huntington Beach, California. O'Mary taught in the Westminster (Calif.) School District the past year. She has a teaching credential from California in physical education obtained from California State University Long Beach.
Chad Mann is the new assistant men's and women's tennis coach. Mann, a native of Roswell, New Mexico, was a student assistant at University of Mary Hardin-Baylor for one season. Mann played at UMHB from 2006-2008 where he was named the American Southwest Conference West Division Newcomer of the Year. Mann also served as a tennis pro in central Texas for two years. He is currently pursuing his USPTA pro tennis certification, and plans to earn his master's degree in sports science from the United States Sports Academy. Mann graduated from UMHB with a bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science in 2008. Additionally, Mann worked for the United States Army from 1999-2003.
Victoria Johnson is the new assistant women's soccer coach. Johnson, a native of Hartfield, Virginia, played at Randolph College (Va.) where she finished her career as the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and Randolph College all-time leader in saves and was named to the Virginia Sports Information Directors Second-Team All-State squad in 2010. Johnson, who finished with 912 saves and seven career shutouts, was a three-time All-ODAC first-teamer. Johnson owns the school's all-time record in starts and games played (71). She received her bachelor's degree in sociology from Randolph in 2011.
