In game one, Ozarks (11-27, 4-18 ASC) out hit No. 8 Texas-Tyler 8-4, but it was Reagan Littlefield's homer in the bottom of the fifth that stamped the Lady Eagles victory. A pair of costly errors in the sixth put two more runs on the board for Ozarks. The Lady Eagles manufactured three runs in the second inning with Littlefield, Kelsey Stephens, and Amber Rollins scoring. Each also recorded two hits in the contest.

Rollins (10-14) cruised through all seven innings, allowing only four hits and striking out ten. Tyler's Heather Abshire (16-3) suffered the loss. 

In game two, the Patriots (29-7, 16-4 ASC) run-ruled Ozarks in six innings of play behind a no-hit performance by pitcher Katelyn Thomason (11-3). The Patriots gave her the offense she needed by holding a 7-0 lead after five innings and then posting two more in the sixth to put the game out of reach. 

Tabitha Porter (1-12) took the loss.
