Chad Floyd Receives Recognition Award From Arkansas Athletic Trainers’ Association

Clarksville, Ark.-University of the Ozarks Head Athletic Trainer Chad Floyd received the Dr. Doug Parker Recognition Award from the Arkansas Athletic Trainers' Association at the AATA annual awards luncheon April 13.
    
Floyd, who is in his thirteenth year at Ozarks, was presented the award by AATA President Tim Atkinson during the organization's annual meeting in Little Rock. While at Ozarks, he has been the American Southwest Conference Athletic Trainer of the Year three times and has received the university's Broyles Award recipient once.
    
The AATA "Dr. Doug Parker Recognition Award" is given to an individual who has served the association in a dedicated professional manner; through service behind the scenes and above and beyond the call of duty, enhancing athletic training in the state of Arkansas.
