Belton, Texas-After Ozarks scored the first run of the game, Mary Hardin-Baylor responded by plating five runs to go onto a 10-3 game three win over the Lady Eagles in American Southwest Conference play.

Trailing 6-1, Ozarks (10-16, 6-14 ASC) scored twice in the fourth only to have Mary Hardin-Baylor (15-7, 14-4 ASC) equal that total in the bottom half of the inning. The Lady Eagles were then shutout the remainder of the game.

Krysten Shavers had two RBI and Laken Gray had two hits for Ozarks. Peyton Winkfein (0-1) took the loss as the starter.

Ozarks will host Hendrix College April 8 in a double-header starting at 1:00 p.m.
