Tyler, Texas-The No. 2 ranked Texas-Tyler Patriots completed a three-game sweep of the softball team with a 5-0 win Monday in American Southwest Conference play.
    
A pair of Texas-Tyler (34-1, 26-1 ASC) pitchers combined to throw a two-hitter against Ozarks (12-24, 6-20 ASC). The Eagles did get two runners on base in the fourth, but came up empty. Hailie Gilbert (9-13) took the loss.

Ozarks will host Texas Dallas in a three-game series April 24-25. Saturday's game has been designated as "Senior Day", with senior Shawnee Sorensen being honored prior to the game.
