Overview:
Alpine, Texas-Sul Ross State University starting pitcher Jodie Vaughn threw a two-hit shutout in a 9-0 game one win Thursday. The Lobos led 2-0 after the third, but scored seven runs in the fourth to put pressure on the Eagles. The Eagles recorded their first hit in the fourth. The Eagles struck out ten times.

Overview:
The Lobos took game two 5-0 after generating two runs in the fifth and three runs in the sixth. In the fifth, the Lobos had two hits and took advantage of one error. In the sixth, the Lobos had three hits. Prior to the fifth, Eagle starting pitcher Mack Lucio allowed just three base runners. Rayli Ruby went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead the Eagles.
