Clarksville, Ark.- Four members of the University of the Ozarks softball team made the 2022-23 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Softball Academic All-District Team, it was announced Tuesday (May 16).
CSC, formerly known as CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.
The honorees included Allyson Fultz a junior biology major from Rogers, Ark.; McKenzie Lucio, a sophomore health science/psychology major from Bedford, Texas; Rayli Ruby, a junior biology major from Granbury, Texas; and Sarah Todd, a senior English major from Mayflower, Ark.
To be eligible for the CSC Academic All-America® program student-athletes must have a 3.50 cumulative grade point average, be a significant contributor to the team (having competed in at least 50 percent of the team's competitions), and be enrolled at the institution for at least 12 months.
