The Basics:
The short-staffed Eagles struggled for most of the game, and the visiting LeTourneau Yellow Jackets picked up their first conference victory of the season. After a tightly contested first period, Ozarks struggled to put the ball in the basket in the second quarter. The Eagles shot an abysmal 9 percent in the quarter, and that allowed the visitors to build a 38-20 halftime lead. In the third frame the YellowJackets continued their efficient shooting and stretched the lead to 24. Destinee Manning led a fourth quarter charge for the Eagles, and the defensive pressure seemingly got to the YellowJackets. The deficit proved too large to overcome, and LeTourneau held on for a 73-62 win. Manning finished with 17 points and 15 rebounds. Alexandria Thorne and Taylor Abbe paced the away team with 15 and 14 points respectively.

Leaders:
