THE BASICS
The Eagles put up a strong second quarter defensive effort to take control of the game en route to an easy 82-52 win over Dallas Christian University Tuesday night in Texas. The Eagles led 22-17 after the first quarter, but turned up the defense in the second quarter and allowed just five points.
