Kerigan Bradshaw Named All-Conference

University of the Ozarks women's basketball player Kerigan Bradshaw was named to the Honorable Mention East Division All-Conference Team, the American Southwest Conference announced Monday (March2) following a vote of the league's head coaches.

Bradshaw, a 5-foot-7 sophomore guard from Harrison, Ark., averaged 12.0 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game this season. Her point and assist averages led the team. She also shot 82 percent from the free throw line. She ranked among the ASC's top-15 in scoring, assists and free throw percentage. She reached double figures in scoring 14 times and hit a three-pointer in 13 games. At one point during the season, she didn't miss a free throw in seven straight games. She dished out seven assists on two occasions and pulled down five or more rebounds nine times.

Bradshaw was named ASC Player of the Week once during the season after scoring a career-high 30 points in a loss against Rhodes College. 

Last season, she made the ASC East Division All-Freshman Team.

Additionally, the Eagles were named a recipient of the ASC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Team Sportsmanship Award for the 2019-20 winter sports season. East Texas Baptist and Ozarks were selected as the Co-East Division honorees. 
 
The SAAC Team Sportsmanship Award honors the member institution in each ASC championship sport that best displays positive qualities of sportsmanship and fair play from its student-athletes, coaches and fans throughout the season. The 2019-20 year marks the 13th season the award has been presented by vote of the campus Student-Athlete Advisory Committees of the American Southwest Conference.
