Bradshaw, Perkins Named All-Conference

Kerigan Bradshaw and Stevie Perkins were named All-Conference.

Clarksville, Ark.-University of the Ozarks women's basketball players Kerigan Bradshaw and Stevie Perkins were named to the All-Conference Team, it was announced by the American Southwest Conference (ASC) today.

Bradshaw, a senior guard from Harrison, was named to the All-ASC Third Team. Perkins, a senior forward from Wellston, Okla., received All-ASC Honorable Mention honors.

The 5-foot-6 Bradshaw led the team in scoring (13.0) and assists (3.1) while hitting 32 three-point shots. She also averaged 1.2 steals per game and 3.6 rebounds per game. She was the team leader in total steals with 26.  She scored a season-high 25 points behind four three-pointers against Hendrix College. She reached double figures in scoring in 15 games. Against Howard Payne, she scored 21 points, grabbed eight rebounds and dished out six assists. She finishes her career with 822 points and 60 three-pointers. She was a career 81 percent free throw shooter. She ranks among the top-25 in program history in career assists with 184. During her career, she has earned All-Conference three times and ASC Player of the Week.

The 5-foot-11 Perkins had another strong season inside for the Eagles averaging 9.9 points and a team-best 7.9 rebounds per game. She ended the season with six double-doubles, including a 22-point, 11-rebound effort against LeTourneau University in the final game of the season. She pulled down a season-best 13 rebounds on two occasions. She went a perfect 8-of-8 from the field against Sul Ross State. She reached double figures in scoring 13 times.
