ON THE MAT
The Eagles hosted the Eagle Quad Sunday and didn't disappoint the home fans winning the three combined matches 166-0. The Eagles downed Emory and Henry 56-0, Schreiner University 52-0 and Fontbonne University 58-0. The wins were especially sweet as it was Senior Day for the Eagles. 11 senior student-athletes were honored for their outstanding work on and off the mat. Nathan Rankin (125), Gabriel Brandenburg (133), Jacob Dado (141), Jaylen York (149), Joaquin Bautista (157), Ndayambaje John (165), Kade McMahon (174), Daniel Benoit (184), William Cruz Sacalxot-Partain (197) and Ka'Ron Lewis (285) cruised to perfect 3-0 records on the day. The Eagles totaled nine pins during the event.
