The Eagles had four place winners at the Pete Wilson-Wheaton Invitational.

ON THE MAT
Wheaton, Ill.-The Eagles wrapped up action at the prestigious Pete Wilson-Wheaton Invitational in Illinois and had four place winners while finishing fourteenth overall. Nathan Rankin displayed his NCAA Division III prowess by winning the 125-pound division. Rankin won by fall over Jake Hamulak (University of Chicago) 4-3 (Fall 3:59). He won by tech fall over Jack Marley (Wisconsin-Eau Claire) 15-13 (TF-1.5 6:47 (18-3). He won by forfeit over Cody Merwin (Cortland State) 18-8 (For.). He then won by injury default over JD McMillin (Ferrum College) 13-11 (Inj. 1:56). The three other place winners included Joaquin Bautista (157), William Cruz Sacalxot-Partain (197) and Ka'Ron Lewis (285).
