Marshall, Texas-The East Texas Baptist University women's soccer team kept the Lady Eagles winless in the American Southwest Conference with a 1-0 victory Saturday.

The Lady Tigers (5-5-2, 1-3-2 ASC) scored the game-winner in the 54^th minute to edge the Lady Eagles (3-12-1, 0-5-0 ASC). Ozarks was successful attacking in the first half recording six shots and forcing ETBU's goalkeeper into one save. Codie Freeman came up big in goal with five saves in the first half, while keeping the Lady Tigers scoreless. After scoring the match's only goal, ETBU was able to keep Ozarks off the board.

Ozarks will host Hardin-Simmons University October 23.
