Clarksville, Ark. – The University of the Ozarks women's soccer team has a history of serving community members in a variety of ways.

Under the direction of head coach Natalie Dreyer, the team helped with Operation Christmas Child in November. Additionally, Dreyer's past teams have been involved with a local basketball tournament, served meals at a Thanksgiving Dinner, read to children at Clarksville's Elementary School and assisted at a Field Day for local schools. Most recently, the team found time to serve at a Valentine's Dance for Clarksville's M.A.C. Industries. According to Dreyer, the event provided a fun night for all involved. The team not only danced with the clients, but they also provided a craft table and were able to spend one-on-one time.

"We enjoy adding to the lives of the clients at M.A.C. Industries," said star goalkeeper Kiara Henry.  "It is nice to be in the community. I enjoyed dancing and being around them. I think they had fun and we had fun. I look forward to the dance because it is so much fun."

It was the second year in a row the team assisted at the Valentine's Dance.
