Women's Swim & Dive Team Opens In Little Rock

The Eagles were narrowly defeated by Hendrix College today.

Little Rock, Ark. - The Eagles opened the women's swim and dive season at the All-Arkansas Invite hosted by Little Rock and finished fifth overall. 

In the 200 medley relay, the Eagles placed tenth with a time of 2:11.14. In the 200 free, Faith Coffin placed 17th with a time of 2:15.09. Natalie Naramore placed 19th with a time of 2:26.59. Isabel Shelton placed 22nd with a time of 2:37.42. In the 200 IM, Chloe Weathers placed 17th with a time of 2:34.54. Jessie Wright placed 18th with a time of 2:35.72 and Riley Holcomb placed 21st with a time of 2:48.71. In the 50 free, Ariana White placed 25th with a time of 30.50. Leah Leonard placed 29th with a time of 34.47, Kylee Booher was 30th with a time of 36.17, Haley Howard was 31st with a time of 36.21 and Lydia Brown was 32nd with a time of 42.34. In the 100 fly, Coffin was 18th with a time of 1:14.25 and Arianna Rosario was 19th with a time of 1:16.35. In the 100 free, White was 18th with a time of 1:08.47. In the 500 free, Naramore placed 16th with a time of 6:30.89 and Shelton was 17th with a time of 7:03.55. In the 200 free relay, the Eagles placed ninth with a time of 2:00.48. In the 100 back, Weathers was 15th with a time of 1:08.94. Wright placed 17th with a time of 1:11.41. Naramore was 18th with a time of 1:12.61. Rosario was 21st with a time of 1:15.49. Shelton was 24th with a time of 1:21.08. In the 100 breaststroke, Holcomb was 18th with a time of 1:24.86 and Booher was 19th with a time of 1:38.65. In the 400 free relay, the Eagles placed eighth with a time of 4:18.42. Brianna Devlin and Kelly Arango competed in the diving competition for the Eagles. Devlin posted a 222.25 in the one-meter and a 203.00 in the three-meter competition.
