David DeGeus enters his eighth season as head coach of the women's and men's swimming program. He was hired in 2015 to start the new program for the 2016-2017 season.
At Ozarks
- Four women's swim and divers and one men's swimmer earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District (2022-23)
- 19 women's and men's athletes were on the SCAC Academic Honor Roll (2022-23)
- Women's and Men's Team earned the CSCAA Scholar All-America honors (2022-23)
- 18 athletes made the SCAC Honor Roll (2021-22)
- 2020-21 team set numerous program records
- Had the program's first Conference Diver of the Week (2020-21)
- Women's and Men's Swim and Dive Team earned the CSCAA Team Academic Award for Spring 2020
- 13 athletes made the SCAC Academic Honor Roll (2019-20)
- Had program's first All-Conference swimmer (2018-2019)
- Guided women's and men's teams to highest finish ever at SCAC Championships (2018-2019)
- Topped Williams Baptist College in dual opener (2018-2019)
- Women's Swim Team has received the CSCAA team academic award three times (spring 2017, fall 2018, spring 2019)
- Had a combined eight women's and men's swimmers on the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Honor Roll (2018-2019)
- Posted a pair of home wins in a double dual (2017-18)
- Men's team posted the highest team gpa in NCAA Division III (2016-17)
- Women's and men's team honored with team academic award from the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (2016-17)
- Named the age group Coach of the Year by Arkansas Swimming for the 2016-2017 season

Collegiate Swimming Accomplishments
- Earned a combined seven All-America honors in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke and 200 and 400 medley relays at Henderson State University
- Won the conference championship in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke as a senior at Henderson State and set the school’s 100-yard breaststroke record (56.62)
- Represented Henderson State in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke at the NCAA Division II national championships, placing sixth in the 200
- Helped Henderson State to its highest finish ever (eighth) at the national championships
