Clarksville, Ark.-The women's tennis team opened the 2016-2017 season with a 6-3 setback against Hendrix College Saturday.
In singles play, Karlee Hart won 6-4, 6-4 at the No. 2 position. Madison Sieber defeated her opponent 7-6, 2-6, 1-0 at the No. 3 position. In doubles action, Kayla Tucker and Hart won 8-5.
Ozarks will travel to Abilene, Texas, for the American Southwest Conference individual tournament September 16-17.
