Women's Track Completes Day One At ASC Championships

Chloe Weathers and the Eagles finished day one at the ASC Championships with seven points.

Clarksville, Ark.-The University of the Ozarks women's track team wrapped up day one at the American Southwest Conference (ASC) Championships in Abilene, Texas, today with a total of seven points. 

Chloe Weathers placed third in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 43:05.99. In the 3,000-meter steeplechase, Chloe Boyer placed eighth overall with a time of 14:56.17. 

The Eagles are currently sitting in a tie with LeTourneau University for fifth place. Day two will begin at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. The Championships are being held at Abilene Christian University.
